My Story

Nilotpal Mrinal’s journey began in Patna, Bihar. An engineering student, he scored distinction at the University level and was a
University Topper. He holds two major degrees: Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communication & MBA in International Business.

Despite him being disabled he is a Gold Medallist in State Power Lifting for the Disabled by self-motivation and self-belief.  After a series of struggles like every common man experience’s, Shri. Mrinal came to Mumbai, determined & focused to make his dreams into reality. To begin with he set up a Management Consultancy business and with sheer hard work and persistence, he manifested success for the business and empowered himself so that he could fulfil his Social Responsibility – ‘For it is in giving, what we receive’.

Shri. Mrinal has achieved a milestone by his sincere and dedicated passion towards uplifting the lives of thousands of differently abled people and becoming a role model for such individuals. Known for his benign nature and humanitarian principles, he believes that life is a challenge that should be taken at every step with confidence and positivity. He believes in keeping a low profile without exaggerating about his humane activities – ‘Doing good is good only when you don’t expect anything in return’.

Society does not become modern just by changing its superficial appearance, it should gracefully accept all humans, whether able bodied or differently abled, as one and the same and this has been Shri. Mrinal’s firm belief. He is a crusader for freedom of speech and campaigns relentlessly against instances where the voice of the public is stifled. For Shri. Nilotpal Mrinal Nation comes first – RASHTRA SARVOPARI, his constant approach towards the support for Indian Army & the welfare of Citizens displays his love & passion towards his country & countrymen.

Vision

Shri. Nilotpal Mrinal’s vision and priority is:

  • To transform Disability in people in India into special abilities by motivating them and make them realise that they can be independently successful by discovering the skillsets they possess with them. This will eliminate the term and notion of disability in our country to a great extent.
  • To be a motivator and an example for the disabled by leading them as a disabled champion by executing various thought provoking campaigns and helping them in all ways possible.
  • To ensure India becomes a country where all are unified and as one, irrespective of their race, colour, religion or bodily differences.
